There were some pretty major issues with the first install we got but as soon as the review was posted I was contacted immediately and a solution was figured out, the new job is beautiful everything is cleaned up, overall an above and beyond response

The service was excellent!  Rosa scheduled the work with the first available opening and communicated very well on the timing of the technician.  The technician was very professional and fixed the problem within an hour.  I would definitely recommend AC2 HVAC to others!

AC2 was able to diagnose and make repairs to the wiring for my heat pumps. Excellent work. My HVAC installer replaced two Lenox systems with two Rheem heat pump system and did not wire it correctly with the Nest thermostats. AC2 HVAC Services, Inc. came out right away, found the problem and rewired both heat pump systems, made repairs, reprogrammed the Nest thermostats and the heat pumps kicked right in. I would highly recommend AC2 HVAC Services, Inc. to anyone who needs HVAC service. They are very knowledgeable and professional and will definitely keep you system up and running.

Justin is always honest and fair. He saved us thousands of dollars after another company tried to rip us off.

We thought we had reputable company come out.  They told us that we needed a new compressor (the heart of the AC) so they ordered the part. However, it took over 5 days for them to receive it so we were without AC in the hottest days of summer. (with 4 kids including a baby). Luckily the PART was covered by the manufacturer. But the LABOR was NOT they told us it would be over 2000k to repair it. And we also paid them $115 for the diagnosis.

Something told me it just didn't sound right. So I reached out to Justin and he showed up that same day.  And magically fixed my AC in less than 15 minutes. It was not the compressor it was the capacitor. That other company totally lied to us. It's so important to know a good trustworthy AC technician. So many people just want to rip you off.

But the Best part was he was in and out for under $200.

It's important to have someone you can trust.

My AC went out overnight and with the little ones at home, the repairs had to happen asap. A representative called me at night and assured a technician was coming by the following day. The following day came, and to my surprise, I woke up to a text message with the technician time of arrival. The technician was not only on time, he was very professional and courteous. He worked promptly identifying the issue with my ac and fixing it in no time. Highly recommend this company services.

This company is an established family owned company with extreme integrity & top notch professionalism. I highly recommend them.  They installed a new A/C system.  They diligently worked together as a great team getting the install completed and all the old A/C system removed in record time.  They finished ahead of schedule.
