  I called ACLV because of the good reviews, and am happy that those individuals had a good experience. To be fair in my review, I had my system upgraded approximately 10 years ago and had it maintained every year. Life changed over the past two years and I fell behind in the yearly check ups. So I made an appointment for a routine tune up on the HVAC system with ACLV who bought out and/or merged with the the company who installed the upgrade 10 years ago. The individual they sent explained that my HVAC system was a complete mess and that my only option was to relace the entire system that will cost between $15,000 and $22,000 dollars. He also blamed the exorbitant cost on COVID. Interesting, he never informed me of the actual condition of the furnace. I told him I was going to get a second opinion, praise the Lord I did. The technition that came out this morning from a different company performed a 30 point diagnostic analysis and tune up of the furnace. He also checked the condition of the item I was concerned about (rusty pan), and explained that it was not in the dire condition that thee ACLV technition said it was. This individual from the second company gave a detailed diagnostic report of the condition of the furnace itself (the blower, the wiring, natural gas components and etc) and performed the tune up as was requested -which the ACLV tecnition apparently did not do. The furnace is fine and doesn't need to be replaced. To be fair, will update when I am able to have the AC unit checked, but it will not be by ACLV heating & Cooling.

  Excellent, informative customer service by the office ( that's unusual!) and especially Adrian who came out to the house. This company makes you feel safe and informed and protected all for a reasonable price! I purchased a yearly contract and now don't have to worry about my plumbing either, no more water heater draining for me!!

  Installation went seamlessly, a little longer than quoted time but I was very pleased with the results. ACLV purchased the company I had done business with for about the last 10 to 12 years and I was pleased with the transition. My new air conditioning system works like a gem and I am thoroughly pleased. Especially happy with my monthly payments decreasing about $100.00 a month this past summer.
