  Thankful for a company like ACE! This company went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother. I can’t even begin to describe what they did for her! She now has a working ac, and is even breathing better with the new unit (she is on oxygen). She was so happy. With her health problems as of late, it was so nice to see her smile. Shane, Dwayne, and Nick were all extremely polite and a professional crew. They worked all day long to help my mother out. Thanks to Josh as well! He was so kind to my mother and she won’t stop talking about what “wonderful people” you all were. Some of the kindest people I’ve also had the pleasure to meet. The world needs more companies like ACE. I will forever recommend this company. We are eternally grateful for all of your kindness and help. A blessing. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

  Our experience was great with Ace. Our technician arrived exactly at the time we were told. He quickly got to work, found the problem with the thermostat, and replaced it. He told us the cost of the new thermostat first to be sure that was OK with us, which it was. Everything is working properly and we have a two year warranty with full replacement if it fails to work during that time. Our technician was very nice and knowledgeable. We always call Ace for all of our air conditioning needs and are always pleased.

  My service technician, Jordan, was very communicative and made sure I understood everything he was working on. He explained the issues my system had and what was needed to fix it. He went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed attention was repaired with quality workmanship. 100% recommend!
