We needed an electrical outlet and to have our breaker box inspected. Work
was performed quickly and then I had them check out our heating unit. Good thing because it needed service asap.  I highly recommend  having Accurate Mechanical take a look at your unit and save you a little of headaches later.

We had Joe install our new heat pump about 6 months ago. It works perfect and Joe was very nice and even came back out that night to make sure it was running properly.

This business reached out asking for large decals be made for there company vehicles then after weeks of me patiently waiting and asking when they would pay I get told they didn’t need them till liscense renewed and or summer very unprofessional company from sounds of it wouldn’t recommend such back and forth mentality with a company seem like a joke

We put a claim in through our home warranty company. This guy kept canceling appointments and when he would come back, he would charge an arm & a leg and NEVER fix the problem! After several hundred dollars in addition to what the home warranty company paid for, he finally said we needed both inside and outside units. We got a second opinion before investing EVEN more. Another company fixed our problem for $50.I WOULD NOT use this guy ever. Between the thousands of dollars and missing work and he would constantly cancel.

My experience with Accurate Mechanical was terrible. They are unethical and made several mistakes. I filed a claim for my AC unit through my home warranty insurance and they chose Accurate Mechanical for me. I could have asked for a second opinion, but it was difficult and potentially costly to do so through insurance – so I accepted Accurate Mechanical. I suspect Joe knew I had limited options. First, it took about a week of different diagnoses before they determined I needed an entirely new unit. I am not sure why they kept changing their minds. A week later, when the new unit arrived, they realized it was the wrong size. They blamed the warranty company but I suspect it may have been their error. Another week later (now three weeks into it), they came to install the correct unit. After charging me ~$1400 in labor costs upfront, they left with the AC unit still not working - claiming it didn't work because the pipe they hooked into was broken. They claimed this broken pipe must have already been there and was not their responsibility (despite the fact that a broken pipe was not mentioned at all during the previous three weeks). They also called my warranty company that day and told them they had fixed the AC and closed my claim. Despite the fact that it WAS STILL NOT WORKING. In frustration, I called my own HVAC company to come out and take a look at it. They discovered that Accurate Mechanical had installed the unit to an old broken pipe that was out of service instead of to the actual pipe it should have gone to (despite the fact that they also unhooked and removed the original unit so should have easily seen which pipes were which). In addition, they noticed a liquid line in the new coil was twisted due to no backup wrench used during installation. Furthermore, they did not re-insulate a suction line, potentially causing a ceiling leak. After paying for the new company to re-install the unit properly, I explained the situation to Accurate Mechanical and they did not take any financial or moral responsibility. They were unapologetic. Long story short, I paid Accurate Mechanical full labor despite the fact that they improperly installed the unit. There were several other things I later noticed that Accurate Mechanical charged me for that they did not do (they did not install a $150 new pad, likely did not recharge the refrigerant which cost $200, etc.). In fact, many of their labor charges seemed suspicious (though I cannot personally verify all of them). Out of these issues the only one Joe said he would provide a refund for was the $150 pad. I suspect he owned up to this because it was the only one that you could easily see with your eyes. However, this was weeks ago and I still have not received a cheque.  If you are part of a home warranty company go through the process and GET A SECOND OPINION! You will likely regret working with Accurate Mechanical.

Very unprofessional does terrible work. This company came out to my home to install a new air handler through my home warranty company and absolutely overcharged me for things we did not need. It's been five weeks and still having problems. We had to call another company to fix what he screwed up to the cost of $860.00. Would definitely not recommended this company.

Our water heater was leaking and I contacted Accurate Mechanical via our home warranty. Joe answered the phone right away and was at our home within the hour. Our pressure regulator had failed and our water heater was shot because of it. The new water heater and valve was in place by the next afternoon. Thank you, Joe!

They tried to take advantage of my Lady because I wasnt home. ( She doesn't know anything about water heaters)  They claimed things were broken when it wasnt, charged us for having to go get a valve that was $5...charged us $20 for it (Checked the price at Lowes) Then they came back and didnt even put the valve on, just left it in the package on top of the water heater. Took 2 hours to go 3 min down the road to lowes, charged us extra for the 2 hours. They left water leaking everywhere and were trying to leave our house without fixing it. Said they would come back to fix valve( that I found out was fine and they just loosened it to convince my poor wife she needed it). Talked to the owner many many times, he assured me someone would be there that day to fix it, they left us with no hot water for 3 weeks. They never even did the job they were supposed to, stole $400 of my money and never even came back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They will scam you and prey on anyone that doesn't know about water heaters. Two thumbs down! Thank you Accurate Mechanical for stealing my money, disrespecting my wife, and not even doing the job we paid you for. Your wrong for what you did. I just hope other people will read this and can save themselves the hassle of getting treated like this.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They installed a new furnace and a/c unit 314/18.  Our a/c unit quit working and we called twice on 8/6/18, once on 8/7/18 and again on 8/8/18.  They did not return our calls.  Then I called the home warranty company.  They called them and were told that they didn't service this area anymore.  First, they could have had the decency to call and tell us that.  Second, they installed the unit less than 6 months ago and should take responsiblity for the problem, which was a freon leak.  Apparently the unit was installed with a leaking evaperator coil.  The manufacturer sent a new unit, all they had to do was install it.  I had to pay a local contractor (who shows up when they say and does a great job) to replace the unit at my expense.  I'm glad Accurate Mechanical doesn't cover this area, but in my opinion they owe me the coat of $400 to have a faulty unit replaced.

Not happy with this company at all, first they DO NOT return phone calls. instead of taking care of the situation at hand they tried to get me to agree to out of warranty repairs. After addressing the problem they said they would be out the following Monday and i didn't hear from them for two weeks. After replacing the motor and leaving we found a loose wire hitting the fan blade which ruined the brand new motor. Will not use this company again!!!
