I have been using Access for over a year now. I had them install a new Lennox system for me last year. The install went great. The installers were friendly nice and explained the system to me. Then I had the regular maintenance performed twice thus far. I’ve had the same technician both times. He was friendly and took the time to explain and show me all the important things of my system and explain what the problem was. He charged me a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the valley looking for a heating and air specialist.

Very professional company with great atmosphere. Great and very knowledgeable technicians who wants to help you rather than be a sales person the entire time. The tech was friendly and knowledgable. The salesman gave good info and scheduled fast install. ( I think so I would change my mind.) The installers were great. They worked hard. Made modification. Check and double checked that everything worked before they left. The price was more than I thought it should be. The finance terms were good. THANK YOU.
