Can't say enough about how great the team at Advanced Heathing is. Rescued us twice this year. Great responce time(we live in Emmett) and stellar customer service. Learned a lot from Donnie, who is about the smartest, nicest, most professional person I have met. Hope you have a prosperous 2022 and thank you again for keeping us cool/warm.

The furnace they installed does not have a filter and does not pass code. The furnace exhaust rests directly on the 2×4s of an interior wall creating, as Intermountain gas put it, an extremely dangerous fire hazard. Subsequently, my furnace was turned off by the inspector from Intermountain gas and tagged as unsafe to operate in January. So I'm sceptical as to whether an inspection had ever been done after Advanced finished their installation. Now, I have to pay another company to replace a working furnace that will probably burn my house down for one that won't. Don't be me! Make sure you have the finished product inspected for safety!

I used the online scheduling tool and got an immediate, automated response: "Hi Craig! We received your request and are working to fulfill it.". For days and no further contact. I responded to their automated response asking if they had an estimate for service. No response. I submitted a second online request and got the same immediate "working to fulfill it" response. Several hours later I submitted an online request to Ultimate Heating and Air. I received an immediate response and personal phone call. They sent a tech to the house and we were back up and running in 45 minutes. So I can't really say much about Advanced's actual service because I never got to use it. But their online scheduler really sucks. Maybe I should have just picked up the phone, but...... Problem solved, albeit with another service provider.
