  ACA is an exceptional company. Besides being professional, patient, kind, thorough and expert in what they do, they went above and beyond to solve a problem and leave us extremely satisfied. We will never use anyone else and we HIGHLY recommend them.

  Cost me 5 years of warranty for not registering or advising me to register the air conditioning units. That wont ever happen again. Apologies do not fix losing 5 years and I found out the hard way. Yes the invoices were paid by insurance and I will be contacting them as well. Unfortunately, nothing can fix what was done. Next time just let your customers know what is needed from them, simple fix.

Even though you are not an ACA customer, we like to stand behind our work and make sure everyone is taken care of. The work we did at your house over 4 years ago was done as a sub contract job for a fire insurance claim and we were hired directly by your insurance. Since the insurance was the one who hired us, and managed the entire project. All the invoices and pertinent information was sent directly to the insurance for payment. Our sincerest apologies.   ACA provided me fantastic service and pricing. The technicians were very polite and professional. I definitely felt that the job was going to get done well and it was.
