  Arrived at the hotel tired and hungry after a long drive. Called for room service and were informed that there was only bar food. This would not have been a problem had we not been specifically assured when making the reservation that a full room service menu was available. We asked what restaurants were located nearby and were told that we had to look that up ourselves. As we were unfamiliar with the area it took some time to discover which restaurants were nearby and then which of those provided delivery or pick up. Other hotels in this price range provide a list of both as a courtesy. In addition, none of the hotel staff was wearing masks. Lastly, the view from our window was a dirty brick wall. Even a parking lot view would have been preferable. Too many nice hotels nearby to return to this one. Again, in this price range we would have expected better.

  The hotel is absolutely beautiful! It was convenient to a lot of eating places, which was very nice. All of the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and/or helpful. The rooms were cozy and the bed was extremely comfy! One suggestion I would make is to make sure you have some travel size toiletries available. (Ex. Shower caps, toothpaste, lotion) The temperature of the water did not get hot enough for me and the water pressure could’ve been a little bit stronger. Otherwise I would definitely go back to this location in the future.

  Beautiful hotel and extremely clean! It always smells so good lol plus it's opulent and extravagant! If you plan to stay for long term there no laundry facility but that's the only thing I can find that I didn't like. It's close to some decent places to eat and if you have to drive to a place it's really not that far at all. I'm sure if you choose to stay here at least once you'll want to stay again if you're ever in the area again. The hotel staff was amazing as well.
