  Everyone I have ever been in contact with this company has been amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The receptionist and scheduler are kind and listens to what you actually need. The 2 installers that came and installed my new units a few weeks ago were extremely professional. They knew I was working from home so they tried to stay quiet. They were never sitting around or on their phone. They constantly were cleaning up after themselves. The install was not easy and it ended up taking well over 12 hours and they never stopped working. They never showed their frustrations. I just now had technician Scott here to look at some sounds and concerns I had and he was also amazingly professional, kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything with my units were perfect. I can not give this company enough stars on their service, their kindness, their cleanliness, their professionalism, their knowledge and their prices. Highly recommend them all!

  This company is great with exceptional service. They text you the technician that will be at your residence so you know whom you are working with which is fantastic. Then they text and the technician will call you when they are on the way. Our service technician Gerardo did an excellent job of checking both our systems and explained in detail with pictures what he saw and addressed any issues that needed attention. There was no pressure to do any of the recommended services & parts today but when we decided to so some of the items addressed he was able to complete them today. He was quick and very professional the whole time when in our home. He is a great asset to the A/C Doctors company. Five stars all.around. We highly recommend this company for your heating & cooling servicing needs.

  I have had a great experience with AC doctors. They installed our new AC unit when we bought our home and it was like white glove service. So pleasant. So thorough. They came back a few weeks after install to make sure everything was working properly. We hadn’t noticed issues but it turns out there was a problem with manufacturing of the unit, so they replaced it, no questions asked. Since then we’ve had them do regular service. We are on their monthly service plan which is SUPER affordable and means our unit is always in great shape. Thanks for keeping us cool, AC doctors!
