If I could rate it lower I definitely would......... My mother's washer broke and without knowing how horrible this company was she contacted them on June 3, 2017 for a repair. Unfortunately, she had to deal with delay after delay starting with the initial appointment on the washer. During that initial appointment the technician was scheduled to come earlier in the day but did not show up until after 8pm and did not leave until pass 9:30pm. The technician stated that he could not locate the problem and that Absolute Home Services would have to branch out to another company for assistance. That's when the nightmare truly began. Absolute Home Services took my mother's washer on June 7, 2017, which had a pedestal connected to the bottom of it, and delivered it to their outsourced company and couldn't give my mother any date or time when it would be returned. Once again, after numerous delays and text messages back and worth which spanned over 3 weeks, my mother's washer was finally delivered to her in working condition but with one difference, the pedestal that was originally attached to the washer was now gone. During those chaotic 3 weeks, she did ask them to remove the pedestal, my mother is disabled and she needed the washer to be lowered. Via text, they informed her that they had to cut the pedestal off. She assumed it meant you had to cut the bolt since they said it was "rusted on". However that was not the case and the result was much worse (see attached photos on what it should look like compared to how we received it). As you can see instead of "cutting" the pedestal off they, from what it looks like, took a blow torch to it, set it on fire, and bent it in half. Might I add, the only way my mother's pedestal was even delivered back to her was because I had to get involved. I contacted them from California in regards to this issue since my mother had been asking back and forth, again via text message, for the return of her pedestal (final payment for fixed washer was done on June 22, 2017 pedestal was not delivered till July 15, 2017) and was getting no where. I in turn had to fly from California to Georgia to handle this matter for her. I called the business office and they transferred me to the regional manager which then said that my mother wanted the cheapest and fastest way of getting her washer fixed and lowered so they just "cut" the pedestal off and that my mother had given consent to this. My mother never gave her consent and was never informed of any of this. He said that he would provide documents of text transactions between my mother and a Mr. Morgan as well as photos that showed the "rusting" of the pedestal. As previously stated, we finally did receive the pedestal on July 15, 2017, but what we actually received was a pedestal that had not been cut but that had been burnt off, the documents of the text transaction were only the ones from the technician that initially came to repair it and those texts where only up to June 23rd, not from Mr. Morgan or the regional manager or any documents from after June 23rd. Also there were no photos accompanying those items like the regional manager stated there would be. He even tried to intimate me with talks of reaching out to his lawyers. I would highly advise to stay clear of this company!!!! Only use them at your own peril!!!

We are sorry to hear about your complaints from a supposedly claimed recent service request, Unfortunately you have completely misrepresented yourself as a customer of ours, your name or nothing close to it is on the computer , and if it's your supposedly mother, as you stated is one that had an issue , just why isn't your mothers name revealed also in the statement , That way we might have at least be ability to look up a actual customer to whom you're referring, or is it possible you are using some kind of indirect 2nd hand information that you have obtained from someome else, as your name you used is not now nor never have been a customer of absolute home services, Now that said , And this is factual, your Making false claims to either intimidate apparently myself (steve leverett), or one of our dispatchers whom you have named in your statement ,not to mention your using our current employees names without their consent ( yes i checked) nor any prior written permissions to use their names`whatsoever, your also making slanderous claims regarding myself, -Quoted from your previous statement " he tried to intimate me with talks of reaching out to his lawyers " this is 100% total fictitious words that i would never say to you or anyone, why would i say a statement like that to a customer , that sounds more like what a customer would say to us, not the opposite direction, my office is reporting this totally ridiculous review to the proper individuals for their own summation and thoughts and for the removal of this false review, if you are a actual customer using another name to hide behind, i would be more than happy to hear from you , my email address, [email protected] please feel free to contact me under your actual name, and we might can see what actually see what transpired !, Steven Leverett, Regional Manager AHS Services

I am very disappointed with this company!! I originally posted that I waited and no one never showed up, well a technician did show up. He later explained to me that he was behind for reasons out of his control, which would have been fine IF the person I talked to on the phone, would have related that to me when I called to verify my appointment. So bottom line the person answering the phones should be able to relay to the customers if a technician is running late. Even though I received a text message when the technician was on his way I would not have made it to the restaurant before him, IF I would have made it all the way home.

We are sorry to hear you had a slight delay with the technician who serves your area, Please understand that our Dispatchers try their best to schedule a time of arrival within a 2 hour period , After checking into your review complaint , and the circumstances of what caused your frustration, I do see that our technician was 38 minutes late arriving to your place of business, Please understand sometimes our field technicians may have a problematic appliance, or a homeowner that forgot their appointment time "As in this Case" which caused him to be slightly behind schedule for the last 3 stops of his schedule for that particular day, We do feel sympathy for your frustration, But please understand there are many reasons that might cause a technician to run slightly behind schedule, and most generally all the technicians will try to contact everyone on their schedule and advise them of his time of delay, which in this case he wasn't able to make contact with you as he was involved in conversations with the previous customer trying to help them make a decision on repair cost comparison, But was able to contact you by text just a few short minutes after your schedule, Hopefully now, you might have a better understanding of a Service Technicians daily tribulations, working hard to deliver professional service to all our customers and appliances, With My best regards , Steven Leverett, Regional Manager

My landlord has been trying to have them repair the oven without success. They came at 1000 PM at my door, whereby I was post op at that time, which was the second time that they came. Didn't fixed the issue, then didn't show up on the time given again. I called the company and someone that call him self John said that he is manager, cursed me out called me b... because I was upset that they didn't show up, and he said that I am not the customer because they earn only 10 bucks from that job. Appliance is under warranty, and there are no costs out of pocket. I don't know where he got this 10 dollars! Very unprofessional, disrespectful and cant do a job after 3 times trying to fix. This really needs to go to BBB after reading all identical complaints from other customers, and unprofessional response from them. They really need customers service training if they want to keep the business. Very sad that some businesses think that is okay to treat customers this way no matter how big the job might be. At least the technician was very professional and customer oriented after arriving 2.5 hour late. Response to John: Your response shows your professionalism! I have reviewed other companies with 5 stars who did excellent job, and great customer service! I would never give false information, it would be unethical as well as it is good for businesses like Summit to know which companies to give the contract and when it comes to "B2B" and "B2C" analyses. Reviews are meant for other customers to make a decision if they are going to do business with companies, based on others experience, and I would like honest reviews from others in order to know. Business can't pay experience, instead can strive to improve and do better customer service. If you would like better review than I would suggest you to improve the customer experience ( free advice, doesnt cost anything). If you read my review, it states that you told me " you are not a customer we earn only 10 bucks on this job" I have not stated that I have paid anything as I mentioned one: my landlord, 2 it is under warranty. I have text messages that I have choose appointment 3-5 for this time, not 5 as you state false facts. As well as this is the 3rd time not first, the same technician was here and showed me other 2 time that he came and replaced same part, plus it was more people in house that are witnesses in addition FYI my landlord have from summit all work orders as well as I have all phone records including texts to support the facts and not lies. Last time my appointment was 6-8, and I have text messages from your technician that support my facts, when he arrived at 1000 PM that night. Google wouldn't pay your lie, but customers feedback. Badging me about some medication shows what type of business you are doing,. You need different occupation, and get you a job where you don't interact with other human beings. Without having any customer, you wouldn't have a job. At least the technician was very professional and kind as usual. I will hope that you find peace with you, and end your anger or get professional help in my opinion. Google won't help your behavior, stop asking google for help. Just read your response below, you said there are text messages between me and technician (even not true) but at 0629 you stated, and appointment was at 5 according to you, then you stated 29 minutes late, that's not 29 minutes check your mathematics mate. Poor judgment results from anger issues in my opinion. John doesnt even know difference between "your" and "you're". Thats professional publication of the company. Not to mention furthermore, look at responses from other customers complaints from the company.

Greetings , This is John , yes your correct i am one of the Dispatchers, we spoke prior by phone regarding your disturbing claims you made , Now just for clarification purposes, you are completely wrong on just about every one of your statements, you were scheduled for the 5 o'clock approximate area , you called in complaining to me about your concerns at the caller id time of 4:56pm, it wasn't even the scheduled time yet for expecting the technician, during that call i explained to you the tech was on a emergency refrigeration call, and most likely he would be approximately 30-to 60 minutes before he would arrive, Yes , i verified and checked the text logs, it's verified on the logs between you and the technician at 6:24pm he was almost to your home, and was notifying you to expect him in the next few minutes, Qualcomm GPS tracking of the service truck shows his arrival at your home 6:29pm, Please explain to me with any kind of logic at all how this is remotely even close to 10 pm as you so claim, Mrs. Jordan, That is 3 1/2 hours past his arrival time, I must say that is purely a Falsification statement of time, The difference in your claims and absolute facts with verifiable proof is beyond belief. will gladly send you the GPS records and phone company records showing just how wrong you actually are in this statement, Now on to your next preponderantly way off claim, Your $10. of earning statement, again we have absolutely no clue, you are a manufactures warranty customer your referral to us came in and was placed by the manufacture "Summit Appliance " they were charged for the cost of the service amount to repair your wall oven, I am afraid again you are wrong , Summit Appliance was charged , it was NOT you at all, that had any financially incurred costs, nor have you paid any of the expense at all, where on heavens earth did you get this from, and you even stated it was a warranty claim right after the $10 statement, Now moving forward, Just where did you get this from, as you said in your statement of fabrication, "Took 3 times to fix, This is just almost ridiculously Insane , We have only been to your home to address this complaint "1" time only, the same day your referring to, Our tech came out and made his diagnostic failure, retrieved the needed part from our service Truck and repaired your wall oven that same day, and only time was he there for this complaint, where are the other 2 times at, REALLY NOW Come on ! Reality Check ! Seriously I'm not trying to be rude, but the beginning of your statement you mention your Post Op, May I ask for What ? As I myself possibly believe that your medication has clouded your reasoning and judgement abilities , and possibly you might want to seek medical assistance , as not even 1 of the statements are close to reality , except for yes our technician was indeed 29 minutes late, but you were also advised beforehand of your scheduled time , other than this i see absolutely zero basis of accountability towards any of the other claims you have made .... A Special Note To Google As an employee of this company, this is my opinion only, Why do We pay your corporation so much money to advertise , and yet you don't even monitor these perpostiosly ridiculously post that people place on these feedbacks, they shouldn't even be allowed to be posted , without some type of checks and balances , for credibility of truth, maybe a panel to look at the facts of the case and making a at least close to accurate reporting and some type of verifications of such before anything similar like this is ever posted , we do have the GPS records and Phone records that clearly show the statement put forth here is 100% inaccurate altogether and highly verifiable if someone would care to check, even yourself google can check by your own phone tracking abilities to verify the arrival and departure times of our technician correctly , Please Help Google !
