I would recommend this business to anyone. There was a smell of propane in my house coming from the furnace. I called my propane provider and they said I would get the best service from Absolute Comfort - they were not wrong about that!! Absolute Comfort showed up shockingly fast to address such a scary issue. John did a great job on my furnace and resolved the issue completely as well as fixing others. He was both greatly experienced and very charismatic, while also being very affordable - the complete trifecta for anyone doing repairs in your home!!

Had no heat overnight called at 745am had a diagnosis shortly after and heat was on and running perfect. Took the time to explain the repair, explain how the part that failed worked and what it would do to fix it. I have used the same furnace guy for 10 years but he was out of town and 7navsulable so I called Absolute because they were local and close and I feel like I have a new furnace go to guy

Absolute Comfort Heating & Air came to our home yesterday while we were out of town to "check out" our AC. In order for him to do that, we allowed our autisic 17 year old to open the door for John the owner to have access to the basement. Hours later he called to tell us that he had repaired "our issue". He never called us to tell us what the "issue" was AND how much he would charge to repair it. We never had the opportunity to hire him or anyone else for that matter because he did the "job" without approval. He also removed a device that Consumer's had attached to our AC to help monitor costs. While we were taveling home, he called and begged for payment. We explained that payment would not take place until we returned home and checked out the work. He went on to ask if our son could give him a credit card to make the payment and we said no. This morning at 7:00 he called my husband and my husband let him know that the air still wasn't cold. Before the conversation could go any further, John the owner, called my husband a "piece of ####" for not paying him yesterday AND he asked if we had paid our Consumer's bill, implying I guess that that would be the reason for no cold air. Needless to say the conversation went in a very very unprofessional direction with John, the owner of Absolute Comfort disrespecting us on a level we've never, ever experienced. Since purchasing our home (February 2020), we've had nothing but great experiences with contractors. I don't know why this guy chose us to scam, but it is my recommendation that he not be hired to do any work. ***This is in repsonse to the owner: North Winds discovered that John from Absolute Comfort Heating & Air removed the power handle from our AC Unit. We had to pay $407 to replace the power handle and box. North Winds said that the only thing that was wrong was that the breaker was tripped. After restoring that we could have had our AC working providing cold air. But no, the theif and scammer John from Absoulte Comfort Heating & Air thought he was going to charge us $400 and come back and replace the part he stole. It is a good thing we did not give that theif our credit information that he was begging for. Instead we had to pay the professional for an unnecessary expense.***

Not true at all. When I left air was running great. U said u would call to pay the bill that night. U never called and would not answer the phone to pay your bill. Pay your bills People that don’t pay your bills are warm
