  I was recommended by someone to use Above & Beyond for Ductless A/C units and Natural Gas Generators. I called them up recently to get an estimate on both Ductless units and Generators. They had sent an technician a day later to inspect the job and give me an estimate on what it would cost to get three Ductless Units installed throughout my home and a Generator in my backyard. Not only did they beat three other estimates I got from other local HVAC companies but they also got the parts in quickly and had everything installed in less than a week. They were also clean and left my house spotless after the installation. I also purchased a maintenance contract on both my Ductless Units and Generator. Thank you Above & Beyond!

  Usually, I wouldn't t waste my time and energy to share a bad review - coming from the age old saying if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all, however, I'll make an exception in this instance. I purchased an annual service contract with Above and Beyond Heating and Cooling a year ago - spending close to a $1000 for repair work to the boiler. I chose them primarily because they were close in proximity to my house. I called the technician for the first time a few weeks ago to perform regular maintenance, in preparation for the Winter season. I was told I needed a new valve which will cost ...wait for it .. a whopping $1,475!. In the interim I received a renewal contract since I was close to contract expiration. This past Sunday, the boiler was leaking - I contacted Above and Beyond Heating and have yet to receive a response. I found another service via the app "Thumbtack" - "KGI Plumbing, Heating and Air" , they called me almost immediately, they repaired the valve, replaced the water gauge, drained the excess water, installed a hose and charged $550, and offered recommendations for the future. Needless to say, I will never use Above and Beyond Heating ever again - unprofessional and a complete rip off!

  Used Above & Beyond Heating & Cooling the other day for a No Heat situation It was 9:30 pm on a frigid night , They were to my home by 10:15 fixed my heat within a half hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much to a wonderful company
