  I would highly recommend Polite Heating & Air Conditioning Co. You just don't find customer oriented companies like this anymore. They came out and put a part in my 25 yr old system. Still had some issues so we decided to install a new heating and air system. Greg even scheduled a duct cleaning service to come out and clean the ducts before the install. The technicians were here on time to do the install. They answered all my questions and cleaned up once the install was complete. I am a customer for life.

  We have been using Polite Heating & Air Conditioning Co for many years. They installed our most recent HVAC a few years ago and they have outstanding customer service.Craig helped us decide which units would fit our needs the best. They inspect our units twice/year and are always very thorough and knowledgeable.He completed our inspection today and, as always, we were very happy with the service. We highly recommend them to everyone.

  Polite Heating & Air Conditioning Co. recently replaced a ten-year-old furnace. Their technicians did a fantastic job rearranging the room. The old furnace was difficult to maintain, and even changing the filter was a chore. They spent the entire day installing the system as if it were in their own home. They were courteous and professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. Excellent customer service.
