  I called because I had the furnace wasn’t working. They gave me an arrival window the next day between 10 AM and noon. The technician, Scott, notified me that he was on his way 30 minutes before his arrival. Promptly at 10 AM, he got started looking at the furnace. He checked all of the components and let me know that the capacitor was working but should be replaced soon in order to prevent damage to the motor. After he looked at the furnace, he looked at the thermostat and found that it was very old. He recommended replacing the thermostat eventually. He didn’t try to sell me anything and told me that it would be much cheaper to buy a thermostat on my own then to have him install one. The problem ended up being a dead battery in thermostat. I was charged for half an hour of labor and the trip charge. I was very happy to pay for peace of mind and the honesty and competency of Scott.

  Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a service call for anything in my life. My tech Scott was great and took care of the issues and was also very professional and nice to talk to. This business will get all of my AC and Heating business in the future and I could not be any more appreciative for the service done today.

  I could not have received a service that was better, more pleasant or more professional than Able Heating & Cooling. I was in dire circumstances with snow & ice outside and a furnace that wouldn't work. They came right out, charged an incredibly reasonable rate to diagnose the problem and do a temporary fix until they could get the replacement part to properly fix my mother's 23 year old furnace. All I can say is AWESOME!
