  My downstairs AC stopped working last night. I called and was able to speak with a representative who took the information for someone to call in the AM. We got a call early and Ira came before 9. Ira was great. He immediately identified the problem and correct it. He also noted that the outside drain should be lowered to facilitate better drainage and made that correction. Ira was very professional, neat and got the job done quickly. AAA Modern Air has consistently provided great service.

  Did not have good initial experience with yearly maintenance checkup OR the after-service team, but Sean showed up the next day to correct the situation. He was awesome! I've used AAA Modern Air for several years in the past and have always recommended them. I hope to continue doing so in the future.
