  The first time the guy came out, he fixed some stuff. A bit uncourteous, but he did the job. The second time I called him, he told me that since I was in a rental, to have my landlord call him, and to never call him again. He said goodbye, then hung up without any further discussion. I was going to ask him how much coil cleanings were going to be, and pay him myself. He's a one man show, and his customer service shows as much. I would definitely not do business with this "company", just due to their bedside manner.

  Every time i needed am air conditioning repaired he has repaired it in a very timely manner. He has always been very professional and courteous with my family when he has done repairs.
