  AC went down on A Saturday afternoon. I called Muegge Air on Monday morning. They PROMPTLY came out that morning and fixed my AC. The technician was very kind and courteously explained both the problem and solution! My AC was working fine about an hour and a half later!! Thank-you, Muegge Air !!

  Despite using them to install our system and being customers fir 6 years they tell us they are booked and can't help in an emergency. Last time we call them. The unit they installed has given us nothing but problems. It has gone out every summer since they installed it. Service has been terrible.

  When I first moved into my home, my AC unit was an absolute nightmare. Muegge Air came in and gave me a great price to install a new unit. Any time I’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve addressed them quickly, professionally, and kindly. Their customer service is amazing and so is their professional knowledge
