  I hired A.J.Warren Service Company to replace my two 25 year old Trane systems. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. Everyone from Jay, Henry, Erik, and Jose and the entire team were very professional. They were courteous, punctual, hard working, and tidy. The installation was impeccable. As a retired HVAC person, I can appreciate a good installation and this one was one of those. Thanks again for a great job.

  I have been trusting the HVAC services of AJ Warren Service Co in my home since 2004. I have also been using AJ Warren Service Co on one of our rental properties here in Houston. I have referred them to a large number of friends and family as well. Willie McCullough has been an incredible technician who has been coming to our home almost since the beginning. He is very knowledgeable, personable and honest. He is genuinely concerned with our HVAC system and ensuring that we are well informed about all the work he does and pleased with the outcome. In recent years, we have replaced our entire system and all of our duct work. I was happy to utilize AJ Warren for all of this work and the results did not disappoint. Henry Wall is a PhD Engineer who joined AJ Warren's team in December 2018 and did a fabulous job of spec'ing out our new duct work and layout for our HVAC system. As a degreed Mechanical Engineer, I am typically very particular about how any project is carried out and the attention to detail. The installation of that duct work was completed by two of AJ Warren's service technicians, Kenneth and Erik. These two gentlemen were meticulous in their efforts. They spent a considerable amount of time completing the project at our house. They were incredibly patient with my specific requests and my involvement in "their" project. Their only concerns were doing the job right the first time and making sure that they answered all my questions and concerns. I honestly felt like I was a part of their team because they were so receptive to my questions and even some of my suggestions. I genuinely appreciate the work that the entire AJ team has done for me over the last 15 years. They are definitely in the business of keeping their customers satisfied!
