  I was very thankful to receive the recommendation of Tim Mink for my current plumbing needs which was no water due to inclement frigid weather. I called Tim in the morning and within less than than three hours, he had arrived, and fixed the situation. He even arrived earlier than expected. In addition, Tim provided me with his expert advice for no reoccurrence. His price was fair and he was very pleasant as well as knowledgeable. I plan to use Tim in the future as well as recommend him to others. Thank you again, Tim!! You eased my mind greatly.

  I was referred to Tim and as soon as I gave him a call, he practically diagnosed the issue over the phone. He is extremely knowledgeable! He showed up and was very prompt, had the issue resolved in about 15 minutes! Definitely my go-to for plumbing from now on! Thanks, Tim!

  EDIT: Water was extracted, dehumidifiers and dryers were actively running from restoration company when he arrived... he was too intoxicated to walk up and down the stairs let alone realize what the issue was. Roto Rooter was already called, but instead was trying to go with a locally owned plumber for obvious pricing difference. Roto Rooter came and rectified the issue. You truly do get what you pay for! Tim was referred to me through my employer. Everybody had great things to say about him... his Google Reviews are great..... However Tim showed up to my property incredibly INTOXICATED and inappropriate. He made passes at my mother, asked irrelevant personal questions about age and status and did NOTHING to diagnose my issue. He stood in the basement for a few seconds, scratched his head and stated "Yes, there is a sewage back up" and encouraged us to call ROTO ROOTER. He followed that statement by saying he did not bring any equipment with him to do repairs and tried to charge me $50 for a terrible estimate. All in all this interaction was a couple short minutes before he was asked to exit my home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONALISM.

  I received a call from Dominica Williams who claimed she worked for a fire & water restoration company. She explained that her mother’s house had 6 inches of ground water in the basement. After a few short minutes on the phone I diagnose the situation explaining that it was a clogged main drain sewer pipe. I also explained that I do not have the equipment to clean sewers! She then told me another plumber (THEY HAD PROBLEMS WITH) had already been there and she needs another plumber to “JUST “diagnose the situation. (Ground water or sewage?)… I reluctantly agreed! After arriving at the mothers residence I had to explain why I was there because the daughter had never notified her mother. The mother than insisted that the problem was ground water! I went directly to the basement (NO 6” OF WATER!!) and had her flush the toilet and knew immediately it was a clogged sewer. I then explained (Again) that I was just there to diagnose the problem. I gave her a number of a sewer cleaning company because Roto Rooter (“REFUSED TO COME BACK!”) I told her there would be only a $50 charge! After several minutes of listening to her complain I walked out without my money! Both conversations I had with the mother and daughter we’re littered with red flags! (Dominica Williams) the author of this completely FICTITIOUS , SLANDEROUS review was never present! My final diagnosis of the situation… “CLOGGED SEWER and INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!!!!”
