Buyers beware! Upon verification of serial number for one of the units sold by Wallwork Group, the unit provided to costumer was ~4 years old. This matter was brought to their attention as they clearly attempted to get rid of an older inventory that sat on their shelve, however, they proceeded to provide no resolution or a replacement option because the unit was already installed. This is a very poor reflection of their business and code of ethics by Wallwork Group in Albany County, NY. I would highly advise anyone to refrain or at the very least, be cautious when doing business with them.

They could care less for your business if you are a smaller company, if a bigger company doesnt want them to sell to you they will refuse you service
