  I called to ask for information on how to install part onto my air conditioner and the gentleman who answer the call was very polite and informative. He shared information freely and was happy to continue answering my questions through text after the initial ones i called about. To me good customer service is willingness to communicate with a customer and answer their questions completely and patiently and that is what I received. I will be using this companie's services again in the future if needed.

  This idiot cut a safety lock out placed by another electrician on a 200 amp panel. Anyone familiar with lock out tag out knows you never and I mean never remove someone elses lock . Locks are placed to prevent energizing a circuit that another electrician might be working on or have exsposed wiring that could endanger someomne. I cant believe this guy is so ignorant of basic safety that he would endanger himself his workers or the guy who taged the equipment by prying off the lockout. I guess a few dollars in his pocket were more important.
