These high rating reviews are either fake or paid for. This company is comprised of the most unprofessional and unethical employees that I have ever had to hire. The 1st guy that showed up to home charged me for services even though I am using my home warranty company to have them do the job. The 2nd guy that showed up became aggressive when I told him that he need to WEAR A MASK in my home because there 2 people(children) with compromised immune systems. He dumped pounds of refrigerant (freon) in and outside my home. He was very disrespectful and kept walking in and out of my house without communicating with me. At the end of work order he can be seen on my multiple surveillance cameras driving off without explaining what was done or providing me a work completion receipt. He just packed up and left my front door unlocked without saying a word. Oh and he left his used masked in my attic. When I called the company to file a compliant, I was told the owner did not want his name released and he would call me back to follow up on my complaint. That NEVER happen. So do yourself a favor and research this company.FIND SOMEONE FIT FOR THE JOB. Its not these guys.

All I can say is DON’T do it!! I have a home warranty and my company chose this vendor to repair my AC. Well, my AC isn’t repaired because they never showed. Even got a call back when I tried to follow up and was told “oh yea a technician will be there tonight.” Well, 3 hours later at 8 pm, no one is here and no one has called. I called my home warranty company and they tried to call them to follow up, and shocker!!!! No one answered. Horrible business. Don’t waste your time or a day on waiting for these people. Find someone else!

Much like everyone else, American Home Shield hired this company to work on our AC. They came back in May and recharged our unit. (took 3-4 days to come out) At the end of June it was not working again (took 3-4 days to come out). Came out and changed the capacitor, after I told him I didn't agree it was a capacitor issue, repair lasted 20 minutes. (called and was told by Alisha they couldn't come out for another 3-4 days. I canceled AHS, hired my own contractor which came out the very next day, determined I needed a new compressor from the start, and we had a brand new system installed two days later, out of our own pocket. In my opinion AHS hires bottom of the barrel contractors that do not have to provide good customer service because you do not have a choice. From my understanding every time an AC contractor visits your house they need to try and keep the repair around $200 with parts and labor, or AHS gets upset.
