  Highly recommended! My AC unit wasn't reaching cooling temperatures as I was leaving my house in the care of family while having to be out of town. When my home warranty service didn't reply, I reached out to First Choice for help on short notice. I was contacted immediately and serviced within 3 days leading up to a holiday weekend. Chuck did an excellent job and saved the day. He was very professional and flexible. He was timely and was able to take of everything remotely without me onsite in a clear and concise manner via secure online estimates and approval process. Wow! Thank you so much for your great service! Much appreciated!! I will definitely be using First Choice for my AC cooling needs in the future. Your in good hands using First Choice!

  Gemini Heating and Cooling are life savers! At 1st my warranty company send Fast Response out to do work on my Furnace, to make a long story short Fast Response came out 4 different times and did NOTHING but leave the old NON working pressure switch in my furnace and broke my furnace door. I called my warranty company and demanded we get a new company out and they sent Gemini out not only were they great at what they do but they came out the same day they were called AND on a holiday it was Veterans Days I'm sure they were closed but they still came out. The Technician name was Mike and I didn't get the other guys name but they both were informative in letting me know what they were doing and what was not done by Fast Response. If you are looking to have work done call Gemini Heating and Cool and stay far away from FAST RESPONSE the name doesn't fit there quality of work.

  This company is totally unprofessional and has no idea what they are doing. Do not trust them with your AC unit. They came in, charged $125 upfront, then called and said the unit needed a cleaning to get it up and running which was another $62.50. We agreed and were told the unit was then up and running. Upon returning, the unit was not running. The owner acted appalled and promised he would be out in the morning to fix the error. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. They took our money, broke our unit even more, and will not respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
