  We noticed our furnace stopped working the evening of 1/20/22. I remember when Chad Hubbs replaced our furnace in a previous home years ago and had a good experience then. I went on their website and used their online scheduler. The next available appointment was the following morning, which I was very thankful for. I received a confirmation email and text of the appointment, then received a text notifying me that the tech was en route. Jeff Shonk showed up, quickly identified the issue, had the parts in the van, and quickly fixed the furnace. Thankful for Jeff and will continue to use Hubbs in the future.

  Any time I've needed work done on my furnace or ac I've used Hubbs and it has always been a good experience. Their technicians have always been very friendly and professional, always keeping me up to speed with what they're doing. Hubbs has always been reliable and affordable and I'll keep turning to them when I need work done.

  Hubbs was the company my furnace mfg chose to make a recall repair. I cannot attest to pricing since it was a recall repair; I didn't have to pay. Spoke with a woman in the office to verify my appt, she was very pleasant. The employee who came to my house was very professional, put booties on his shoes before coming in the house. He even explained what he was doing & why there was this recall repair. I would seriously consider doing business with them in the future.
