  Excellent response and excellent service. He had to go back for a part, and he did it in quick fashion and I had heat again within 2 hours of him starting. Thank you guys! You're terrific!!!

  My furnace went out late at night. I called their emergency number and they were out first thing the next morning at 8am. Furnace fixed and running by 9! Great service and good people to work with.

  Russ is very knowledgeable and answered all my weird questions. He took his time and did a good job cleaning and servicing our furnace. I do wish we could make appts though so we know when they are coming.
