  I have had two experiences with Zone-Air since summer. The first was for purchase and installation of a new swamp cooler to replace a 31 year old unit. Zone-Air completed this back in the summer and I was completely satisfied with their prompt and professional service at the time. The owner discussed several units for me and was instrumental in my choosing the one that was installed. One week after installation, Zone-Air sent out a technician to check a noise in the unit and promptly corrected the problem with the water level. This Fall, Zone-Air responded to my request for a technician to come out and to go over the winterizing of the unit with me, since this was a different cooler than the one that I had been using for over 30 years. He was very helpful and respectful while showing me how to do routine care for the unit myself. An excellent local company and I will use them regularly for my AC and cooler needs.

  My Home Warranty company sent Zone out to repair my ac and heating unit three years ago after multiple attempts by previous local companies with no help. I was impressed with the knowledge, service and assistance with every employee I came into contact with from that point on. They continue to be my go to company for all my heating and ac needs. I love that they are local and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my needs are met. From the techs to the office staff I have absolutely no complaints and I’m so thankful for their service.

  Its not Zone. Its comfort now that took over Zone. It was a joke just trying to talk to someone. Bunch of Airheads and a waste of my time. I called Ace heating and air in porterville and they answered the phone . Came out next day to look unit over. And we had them put a new system in. Took one day. Comfort ones answering service and office people seemed to be disorganized.
