  My AC unit of 21 years finally quit this spring. John Zipf came out and reviewed my situation and covered a range of options. He clearly explained those options and answered all my questions in a way to easily understand SEER values and potential rebates. The option I selected was bid in the lower, middle of the range of all bids. I also saw value in his company being very local to my home. When I contacted the office to schedule the installation we were about to get hit by the first real heat wave of the year. They were able to schedule and deliver BEFORE the heat hit allowing us to have a comfortable home. In fact, it only took two days from approval to delivery and installation. The new unit is keeping the home cooler and the compressor is quiet enough I no longer hear it inside. We also appreciated the follow up after the installation and cup of flowers. Nice touch! This is an excellent company to work with. Highly recommended.

  This is one of the most professional and responsive companies my husband and I have ever worked with for any improvements or upgrading any systems for our home. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are top notch. We cannot stress strongly enough how great our experience was with updating our air conditioning unit. We will recommend them to others.
