  I will definitely be using Zero Rez for all my future cleaning needs. This was my first service with them. My person was friendly, honest, and educated. He was not pushy or rude.   Awesome customer service, explained prices for services, offered the best solution for the dollars and showed up on time. Great locally owned company with equally great employees. Trust them to help you with courtesy and professionalism. "Z" was super easy to work with and made sure I was comfortable with the scope of work and what it would cost.

  They took the time to explain everything and all the options. He took his time to make sure he did a good job and even asked if there was any areas that I wanted him to do over again. They did a great job and the carpet looks like new. If you want a good job and get more than you paid for I would strongly encourage you to allow them to clean your carpets.
