I chose Zenda for fabricating and installing copper gutters and downspouts for my home. I received estimates from a number of local vendors and decided to work with Zenda. Not only was their estimate within my budget, it included options for a variety of upgrades, and was submitted in a timely manner. Their responsiveness has been exemplary, returning calls and emails quickly. I also want to acknowledge Abel for the work he and Esteban did, installing the new gutters and downspouts. They look beautiful, and we're so pleased with the outcome. Abel was so conscientious and professional, before and during the installation. He communicated thoughts and questions clearly and in a timely manner. During his work, he kept the area neat and well organized, cleaning-up thoroughly at the end of each day. I enthusiastically recommend Zenda for fabricating and installing gutters and downspouts.

Zenda Heating was professional and efficient. Chuck Zenda came over to give us a estimate with different options to suit our needs. We liked the honesty of Chuck and his employees not trying to push products/ services on us that we didn’t need. We asked about a new heating system and Chuck was honest, and said our heating system was fine and efficient enough. We appreciated his input. We will definitely use them again for any future needs.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with Zenda and hope it was just an outlier as previous reviews for them seem positive. TLDR: I was charged a $125 fee for a tech to tell me my furnace was broken and needed to spend $1,000+ to install a brand new heater for my home... PG&E came out a month later to inspect the same problem and lit the pilot light in roughly 10 minutes and it' has been working perfect for months now. ---------------------------- I Had a rep come to my house and inspect my furnace as the pilot light was not staying lit. He stated the gas valve was broken and needed to be replaced and would provide me the part number so I could look it up and find a replacement. A few days passed and eventually he sent me an email with a list of estimates on installing a brand new heating system for the house, all $1,000 + options, which is clearly not what I wanted. When I emailed back asking about the replacement part we discussed and what would be needed to replace it, he never responded. I reached out to him again 3-4 more times over a few months and he never responded. The company made it clear that they would want me to purchase a brand new system for my house instead of doing a cheaper repair option. I understand a business needs to make money but it was unfortunate they had to be dishonest and not help me with my issue.
