  highly recommend on this company. 1st they do have a great technician team who give you true side of the problem on the AC unit. 2nd Steve is awesome who get me the estimate quote on time and follow up with me on weekly bases on the back order of my AC unit. 3rd, on day of installation of 3 AC units , the whole zen air team on there on time and they did complete all the job on time. thank you zen air

  The owner and service man were both very professional. They were able to repair a bathroom exhaust fan quickly. The serviceman was always on time. And I even received a text message from the company letting me know who would be coming for the repair, his experience and bio, and included a photo. I will definitely use this company in the future.

  My wife and I were without heat for about three weeks during the 21 coldest days of the year here in Atlanta. We were using a company that was not getting the job done. Then we were introduced to Zen Air. The name says it all. It was a peaceful experience. The first technician, Ed Burba, went over an above explaining to me how a furnace works. He troubleshooted issues with the furnace the previous company hadn't even detected. He determined that the furnace needed to be replaced (carbon monoxide was actually being emitted through the furnace!) A second technician, Herb Williams, came out to install the furnace. He couldn't have been a nicer guy. A third technician, Javon Herring came to help Herb lift a 150 lb. furnace into my attic on rickety attic stairs. I have no idea how they did it. And last night was the first night in 21 days my wife and I were able to put away our sub-zero sleeping bags, and enjoy a great night's sleep. Hire Zen Air if you have any HVAC needs. I highly recommend.
