  Calling this doesn't get you Zeller's but a business Boston Mechanical. Fixed our heat for a day. The issue persisted and then the furnace stopped two days later. We were kept strung along for weeks over December and January with few phone calls returned but assured that they were working with the warehouse to get the furnace replaced and we would be their first phone call. We did not get help until I called the manufacturer just to find out that nothing was filed on our unit (as I was previously assured that it was). Fortunately, Carrier suggested another business that got us taken care of in days.
