  Scott is a true professional and a rare find with utmost integrity in this business. I've gone through 2 different HVAC companies before I found a real solution with Scott's team. I have a Daikin mini split system and during the winter season I've been consistently receiving disturbingly high electricity bill and periodically the heating shut down as an Airbnb operation. It was an entire new unit installed <1 year and I couldn't figure why the unit would have gone this wrong. Scott was able to patiently explain the reason behind why the system shuts down and also educated me in regards to how to self diagnose before calling a HVAC company. He also told me how to best efficiently run this type of Daikin mini split model. I could tell he went through the entire process meticulously plus with such a delightful and professional attitude! Since then, the system been running great and I saw the electricity bill/usage going down. I would recommend Scott and his team anytime for any HVAC issues or installation your household has.
