  It is harder to find trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and skilled people anymore. This company is all of the above! Eric immediately contacted me, to arrange and get our furnace heating problem worked out. Out of the 7 or so reasons a furnace does not push out heat, he found the REAL problem and fixed it perfectly. Other HVAC companies, like some auto repair shops, will charge you a unfairly high price to fix a problem that really does not exist. But Eric is very honest and extremely skilled and is your best resource for any heating or A/C problem you may have. We will definitely call him again if another problem arises.

  If you are looking for any kind of service on your heating system, look no further! Excellent customer service, technical skill and rapid response time. Who would have thought that our heating system going out in the middle of winter would turn into a pleasant experience.

  I called Eric, and he was super busy...He made time to talk me through my simple problem of my pilot light was out. He took the time when he could have just said, "I can't help you." He made my day. Very helpful and very professional.
