  Just wanted to give Zdunczyk Heating Cooling and Refrigeration a great bit "THANK YOU!" online! Our AC had been down for a bit. We had used Edward a few times in the distant past and he did an EXCELLENT job! I wasn't sure if he would respond considering the current pandemic COVID affairs. BUT he did! He came with Joseph his helper and they diagnosed and repaired quickly! They also hooked up our Ecobee. They were greatly reliable, very efficient, very courteous and very reasonable!!! They were also very considerate and wore masks and were very aware of handling anything. I just wanted to extend my "THANK YOU!" by giving them a great review!

  I've called Edward at least 3 times for emergencies for both my business and my home air conditioning systems. Each time, he replied and showed up the same day to try to get my systems running. Each of those times was also either on a Saturday or Sunday. The last time I called him, he was in Marble Falls with family, but he still came to my house to help. This is just incredible customer service. I highly recommend his service to friends and family.

  We always use Zdunczyk Heating and Cooling. They are fast, reliable and do a great job. They handle the preventative maintenance for all my rental properties as well as my personal home and we have no complaints. Awesome service. Everyone I have referred to Edward has been more than satisfied.
