  they arrested me for wearing a red cap a and a cop named fonzi montes arrested me because i refused to give him money just because he wanted money. nothing but a bunch of lazy cops and crooked ones that can't do their jobs correctly or right in anyway.

  Never returns calls. Poor investigations. Drugs in all places in Zapata including my family and friends. Young children in high school expiered cause of death no further action or ivestigation taken. Zapata country news has little or no public Access to files. Sheriff with all due respect you are never found in the office. Always out of town on a funeral as per the staff. Sorry but this has not only been my experences other people have complained my dear ex co worker.
