  Most painless process! I called in the morning and they had someone out that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed and addressed the issue and for a very decent price. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I ever have another problem!

  Replaced our AC unit two years ago. We have not been satisfied with services afterwards. We asked the service tech to clear a drain line to another unit...claimed he did, but remained stopped up. We called the office and were told to "just not use the unit". Still billed us for $100+. Finally called in a plumber to fix our AC problem. We WILL NOT be using, nor recommending, Young's AC in the future.
