  A couple of weeks ago I was drawing a bath for my kids and realized the water had gotten cold fairly quickly. I figured it was the mixing valve by the boiler but after speaking to Kevin at Wyman the next day I learned that it was the hot water coil in my 20 year old boiler. I was given the option to replace the coil but Kevin suggested adding an indirect hot water heater to my boiler. The advantage being that if my boiler goes belly up next year I can still use the hot water heater with a new boiler. During that 5 minute conversation with Kevin he gave me a rough quote. After calling around to 5 other large HVAC/Plumbing companies in my area I found that Kevin's quote was $800 cheaper than the next cheapest quote for the same work with the same materials. Some companies refused to even quote me over the phone. Wyman came out and did the work a week later. The guys were on time and professional. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. This is the reason I go with Wyman for my boiler service and my oil (Husky Discount Fuel). They are straight forward, no BS. I think part of the reason you save is they have lower overhead than some of these large companies with fleets of trucks wrapped in their logos. Thanks Wyman!

  Wyman oil is reliable, my family so greatly appreciates them a family company that does a excellent job. We have had Wyman oil for the past 17 years since we purchased our home and last week when we had a family medical issue and a furnace that needed to be cleaned they came right out taking care of the furnace so I could concentrate on my family. I can't rate this company high enough, they have always ensured my homes heating needs where taken care of. A great company to work with!! They offer a budget plan which is excellent to know your monthly bill.

  Sunday morning we awoke to no heat or hot water. Wyman installed our furnace 2 years ago and quickly determined the problem using the error code. Due to supply chain issues they were unable to get the needed part until Monday. They located the part in Willimantic and had the furnace up and running by Monday afternoon, just prior to overnight temperature dip into the 20’s. Thank you to Kevin, Austin and the entire Wyman team for their care and understanding.
