  We do facilities maintenance for the Army Reserve, and Chad hopped right in when we were burried in HVAC and electrical tickets. He has not only been extremely responsive, but he gets work done quicker than any contractor we've used so far, he provides estimates the same day work was investigated and he is fast with communication and response. He is on time, and has followed through with everything. It is a pleasure to work with him, and we will continue to use his services for as long as we have work in his area. Cannot recommend him enough!

  After a month of telling us they were working on an estimate for us, they (after having to be prompted again) told us they would not be able to do the job. This is completely unprofessional, especially as they knew we were hoping to get a system in before heating season.
