Great customer service from Wray’s. We had an issue with humidity in my second floor, they were able to provide me with 3 options (low, mid, high cost) and explain the pros and cons of each.  They did not push the high cost option and in fact recommended the mid-range as the best solution for my situation.  When the technicians (Dalton and Usiel) provided the service, they kept me sufficiently aware of the activity and were unobtrusive, very polite, and courteous, even when working for hours in a 120-degree attic. Now a few weeks after the service I am happy to report that the solution worked, and the humidity issue has been resolved.

Called at 5pm. Had a technician at the house by 530. Incredibly knowledgeable and not once did I feel like I was the getting the run around. Shout to the technician Garret for the amazing customer service. That man deserves a raise ! First time using this company and will now be a long term customer because of him. Good prices and a quality tech !

AC quit.  Wray's sent Tech out.  Needed new system.  They brought two portable ac units to house, since new system wouldn't be installed for a week.  New system put in early, very good service and people are friendly and knowledgeable.  Love the service and the new equipment

If you make a 730 appointment with a client you should be there at 7:30. The performance by this technician was absolutely ridiculous. Very disrespectful for someone else time!!!   The owner actually didn’t even seem to care.

The appointment times given are always approximate times due to traffic and other factors. We always give 2 hour windows for this very reason. We strive to be on time; however, we cannot guarantee the exact time and do try to let every customer know if we are running later than the desired time.
On December 1st 2021 you called Wray's A/C & Mechanical Services asking for a price to install your owner provided thermostat. You spoke to Mary. Mary in turn spoke to me and the explanation was given that we charge $85.00 to install "Conventional" thermostats (like for like).
When you sent your specifications of the desired thermostat we outlined the charges would be more due to the thermostat and control board necessary for this thermostat installation.
You called Mary back and told her that you just wanted the conventional thermostat installed for $85.00.
Our service technician arrived prepared to install like for like owner supplied thermostat. When he discovered you wanted the April Air installed he informed you that it would be more expensive than the like for like price of $85.00 and you chose Not to proceed.

I explained to you again that we would not be able to install your April Air communicating thermostat at $85.00. The cost would be $ 400.00. This would include the control board and thermostat. The original conversation outlined remains. $85.00 for owner supplied like for like thermostat and $400.00 for your April Air thermostat and control board installation. We remain committed to the best customer assurance and integrity in Cooling, Heating, Air Conditioning & Ventilating. You have not been charged any monies nor have we collected any money.

I was not happy with the experience.  Very expensive company.   Not recommended by me. I believe that the reply to my review was not accurate and I have a right to my opinion.   Tech replaced one $20 to 30 capacitor and charged me $292 for the part.  He also estimated replacement ac units for over $10k a piece.  My neighbors have recently replaced their units for much less.  I stated that I felt their prices are high.  It's my opinion and I will stand corrected.  Obviously, I would not be reaching out to them when it comes time to replace my units.

Mr. Matheiu called us out on a Saturday night to repair his air conditioners, which were not cooling. Our tech checked over both units and repaired as needed. Our tech spent almost 2 hours going through both units and we were able to get him up and running by 10 pm that night. He then explained to him the steps he needed to take in the future to prevent issues like these from arising again. I talked to Mr. Mathieu on the phone and he acknowledged the work was done right and timely. He just did not like the pricing. He was charged less than $400 for a tech to come out after hours on a Saturday night, check over 2 units that were not cooling properly, and repair as needed. I went through the notes on what the tech did and the charges associated with the call and it was well within reason, even cutting the customer a break on some things. I am sorry that you feel this way Mr. Mathieu, but I think my tech went above and beyond for you.
