Tech came out around 9:30 last night. Super friendly and most of all knew what he was doing. I normally do not use Wooldridge because I had always heard that they were expensive but the price was more than reasonable and I will definitely use them again if the need ever arises. I am very thankful that I had heat last night finally!!! Job well done.

Wooldridge puts the screws to you to pay in advance before the next two maintenance visits. So I pay. But I tell them that with my mom's medical appointments that it is hard to schedule many months in advance but that I will call. They say the account is noted not to call. But they keep calling. They won't stop. They act like bill collectors rather than a company that appreciates my business. They called at 8:10AM on a Saturday from a cell phone number this time. I told her that I was asleep and she's saying she'll call back as I hung up. They are relentless. I have asked Wooldridge many times to stop calling me. This isn't the way you should treat your customers. I just had a maintenance visit 4 months ago. It isn't like I'm even over the 6 months. I have a warranty that is about to expire is the only reason I still use this place. I asked about an extended warranty and they said that they should have offered me one a long time ago and that's the only way to get it. I was never offered one - not fair! I don't recommend them because they don't respect boundaries. Stop calling me! May the gods have mercy on you if this place gets your phone number because Wooldridge sure won't!! Here is the bad review Wooldridge has been asking me for going on 10 years now - enjoy it.

Hello! First and foremost, we want to apologize for the early call on Saturday morning. Our times were adjusted so that Saturday calling hours are from 10 am - 12 pm only to respect customers that sleep in. We take our 1 star reviews very seriously and look at how we can use them to improve as a company and better serve our customers in the future. Most recently, we migrated to a new software and unfortunately, it failed to populate the special note on your account not to call. We have flagged and noted your account in our current software to not call you or any number on the account. There is no excuse but it's important that we are transparent. Our membership customers do pay in advance to be on the maintenance program which also includes benefits of priority service, discounts etc. There are times that our customer service team makes calls from mobile devices to contact hard to reach customers to ensure they receive their maintenance visits. This is really important to us when the maintenance services are prepaid. We also allow customers to request how often they want their visits. When the initial proposal is generated, the extended warranty is reviewed with the customer by our technician and listed as an option. We use a 3rd party company to offer extended warranties and they limit our customers to adding the extended warranty within 2 years of the installation date. Once our customers deny the extended warranty option in the beginning, we do not continue to reach out to promote the extended warranty. After the install is completed, we leave this option up to our customers as an add-on in the future. We can't thank you enough for your long term business! We had 2 new heatpump systems replaced; one required new lines installed. We also had a mini-split installed due to a new addition. The workers arrived daily and went straight to work. They were here a total of 6 days and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Would recommend this team any time.
