  Great company! Customer service! We called 3 surrounding cities and no one called back or answered except Woodard electric! The lady on the phone was very nice and sent Kevin out who was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Wouldn't recommend any other a/c service! Fair price, great work, friendly and hard working people! Thank you you for getting us up and running on a very hot spring day!

  Our new home here in Hayesville was prebuilt by a reputable builder hence all subcontractors and suppliers of systems was chosen for us. Had we the opportunity to choose a HVAC supplier knowing what we have learned by our personal experiences, ours would have chosen elsewhere. This company suffers from a can't do attitude with management that seems to want nothing to do with the customer after their initial install. We have been homeowners since 1976 and have built several new homes and NEVER experienced a HVAC company like this one. In our opinion, get prices from several in this trade. There are MANY out there that WANT and APPRECIATE your business. Choices are many,..make a wise one. 🇺🇸
