  Ordered oil on Tuesday paid ahead and they showed up on Thursday with 1/3 of the order and said they would be back on Friday of the balance. Called Friday afternoon to see when they were going to deliver the balance of my order and they were nasty and told me sometime next week and said you should have enough to last with what they delivered on Thursday. If I hadn’t already paid for the whole amount I would have told them to forget it. I bought a new furnace from them 3 years ago and have them service it every year and buy all my fuel from them so I guess they don’t care about that. So WOC Energy I’m buying all my fuel from someone else.

  We have been having a lot of problems with the furnace since before Thanksgiving and WOC has been absolutely wonderful with responding. It’s not easy when you’re trying to diagnosis a problem with an old furnace but the servicemen were persistent and it’s finally fixed. My fingers are crossed that I didn’t just jinx myself. Everyone from the office to the repairmen were polite and patient. Thank you!!

  Been trying to get pool heater filled for 3 weeks. False promises every time I call. No show again today and then excuses when I called. Very unreliable and full of lip service but not customer service!
