The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I called to get my water pipes repaired after the "big" freeze. I had to wait a week, which is understandable since a lot of people had plumbing issues due to the weather. As the week progressed, the office staff called me and said it will need to wait until the following week due to the amount of work they had. Monday came around and they showed up and did a quick inspection. The plumber stated he would need to come back with some help since I had multiple leaks. The arrived later and worked for a few hours. I got another call and the office staff told me that they were not able to finish because they ran out of fitting for the pipes. She stated they would need to come back in the morning to finish. They came back the next day and finished the repairs under my house, however, I now do not have have water in my shower or hot water in the bathroom sink. Luckily we have two bathrooms. I called and asked what the issue was and the office staff stated that the plumber stated that I needed new bathtub fixtures and sink fixtures due to rust clogging them up. I told her that I understood I needed new bathtub fixtures, and I have been meaning to get those replaced, but the sink fixture was about 6 months old. Then she quickly stated that when the pipes broke it loosened rust which clogged the fixtures. Then she tried to sell me a fixture for the sink. I told her I have the original fixture that came with the sink and the fixture has never been used. She said "well that probably won't work...". I took the fixture off and replaced it with the new one. It worked, but the hot water is a drip. I called them a told them that it was not the faucet rather I think it has to do with the line since no water is coming out when it is on. She stated with "oh, well I can send someone out Thursday". I initially agreed, but later cancelled. I feel they were not listening to what I was saying. They also moved stuff in my basement and did not move it back when they completed the job. I got rewarded with a huge bill!!! I gave them two stars since the office staff was friendly enough, but they really did listen to me.

Brian was very responsive. John came out in the freezing cold, on a snowy weekend—when they don’t usually work—to help us with a pretty nasty plumbing backup. We’ll definitely call them again. Highly recommend.

We have called them twice in the last 2 weeks and they have been prompt and very helpful. Really appreciate them. We did use another place in Cowley County and I havent heard from them in 3 weeks and they were going to call me back.
