  They came to my house in April to look at hooking up a gas line for my new gas cooking stove. He said he would get back to do the work around memorial weekend. He never showed. I called him back in mid June and he said he would get there on a rainy day in the next few weeks. He never showed. I called through out the summer all the way to September and October to his number where an older man answered his calls and he said he would give him the message and he would contact me. He never called once. I can’t rate his quality of work, but by far the worst professional courtesy. I would not trust this company by any means.

  Like another reviewer stated, I would give this company a 0/10. This most unpleasant journey started on June 15th, 2021 and ended on July 16th, 2021 after the 5th no call, no show. When Tom, the owner, showed up after the first time I reached out, he said the issue was that our AC had a burned out transformer. Said he didn’t have the part with him, but he had it at the shop and would return the next day to install it. The next day came and went, you guessed it, no call, no show. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited 4 days ( a Tuesday) to call him to find out what happened. He said he didn’t have the part but said he ordered it and it would be would be here Thursday. He said would come out on Friday to install it. Friday came and went, no call, no show. I called him on Wednesday bc Monday was the observed holiday. This time he said he got the part on Tuesday, said he would throw it in his truck and stop out on Thursday to install it. Again, no call, no show on Thursday. I called the next day, Friday, and I was told he had a eye doctor appointment on Thursday and he couldn’t make it out. He said he would come out that day, Friday to install it. Once again, no call, no show. By this point, I’m getting extremely frustrated as it’s apparent I’m getting the run around. So I make one last ditch effort to get this clown to fix my AC and called him on Tuesday morning. He said to call him at 12:30pm so he could let me know how far away he was and he would give me a time on when to expect him. I called at 12:30 pm and he said he would be at my place in 1 1/2 hrs. Today is July 25th and I’m still waiting for him to show. That’s a long 1 1/2 hour drive. There is absolutely no sense of customer service with this company. There are no excuses that can be made for this incompetent business. If you are reading this, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere and do not contact this company.

  Our furnace went out right at the end of a cold snap. Tom stopped by got it going, but by the middle of the night it was gone. When they say we'll be there this date and time they have never failed us. New furnace installed...thanks Winco family
