  Great service starting with the first call to get an estimate. Every contact was informational and professional. Every step explained clearly and performed promptly. The entire team from the office to the field were fast friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to concerns and make sure we understood the options available to us. Once the decision on moving forward was made they all kept us informed on what was next and when we could expect it to happen, and true to their word everything went exactly as they said. The install is BEAUTIFUL, neat organized and clean. Very glad to be a new member of the Wimpy's family. Hats off and thank you for your great service.

  Andy and his team are Experts and Reliable!! We needed to have the old HVAC system in our new home diagnosed and replaced. The fan was continually running when the system was off. From our first phone call into the office we were well taken care of. Andy and his team arrived the next day and showed us the problem, offered a few solutions and that week they installed a new system. Andy took the time to answer all the questions we had about things in our new home. And there were many. We can't thank Andy and his team for caring so much and doing such a great job.

  My heat decided to stop working when the temps got down into the 20s. My unit was beyond repair and I knew that. I called on Monday at 11:30am. By Tuesday at 1pm I had a new unit and my house was back to the warm 70 degrees. Top notch customer service with incredible knowledge. They went above and beyond my expectations. They took the time to explain and educate me one each and every feature of my new unit. Explaining the setting and use of the new thermostat. Even filter recommendations. I have found my permanent hvac company.
