  My ac has been out for 3 weeks. This company has been to my residence 3 times and has failed to communicate on what the issue is. Have gotten bills every time they are out here yet the ac has not been fixed on all three occasions of a rep being here. Does no return calls on the multiple voicemails left for the past 3 weeks. Have used this company for many years and am very disappointed in the service we are receiving now.

  I called Wilson because my AC was not cooling. They came out in about 2 hours, discovered a bad inside fan motor, offered to put in a temporary motor so we could remain cool until the part came in. The part came in 2 days later, and Wilson installed it. The cost was very low, service was the best! You can trust this company.

  Always answer with voicemail and follow up took days. Finally came out and looked over job to replace 3 complete heat pump units and never followed up. I’ve left at least 3 messages and 3 weeks later no follow up. Not recommended.
