Wilson Techs installed a new hot water heater and separately a new furnace. The Techs arrived when they said the would and completed the work in the time they promised. They were courteous and friendly. They wore masks. They were very neat and took away the trash that they generated. I am very happy with Wilson and will continue to use them in the future.

We had an emergency at our place and Wilson brothers responded quickly. They diagnosed the issue and told us they will order the part that needs a replacement. 8 days later and after multiple calls I still don't have an answer on whether they can get that part and replace it for me. On another job, they told me they will provide me a quote about 2 months ago and after calling them about this multiple times as well, I still dont have a simple quote. They tell me they will call be back with regards to both those issue but have not done so for weeks now. I am just amazed at the ineffectiveness and the lack of customer service here.

We do strive to provide the best service to every customer. Combining supply chain issues, employee covid related absence and lack of 100% urgency we fell short. called them wile having water pouring into my home from a pipe on my heater in the middle of the night it's already 55 in my home and i have some pet's that die under 60 thankfully i have a space heater for them. After 30 min of waiting i reached someone who then told me a tech would call me within the hour to come help me. when the tech called over an hour later there response was we do not go to new customer's homes if you would wait 6 hours for us to open and would become a customer we would be happy to help you then well that would be nice if i didn't need emergency help from my flooding basement from your emergency line! what in the actual hell kind of policy is that and how do you expect to keep costumers how ever i suspect they pay to have bad reviews removed like other company's do so I'm sure this will find no help for future costumers but beware when you need these people they will not be there! The owner response say's that they serve current customers first but that's not stated on there site nor during the 2 hours of what could have been vital time for my 3 little sugar gliders. the issue here is the amount of my time waisted and the complete disregard for such when after 2 hours i wasn't told that there was other customers in front of me i was told flat out company policy is we do not help new customers with emergency's!

Josh, we are very sorry we were unable to help you with your emergency. Our service club members do receive priority emergency service above new customers and sometimes the on call tech cannot fit new customer emergency calls in their schedule. We always recommend to our customers to know where the water valve shut-off is for emergencies of this sort and to have a back-up heat source in case the heat goes out. Then we can be out there first thing in the morning since no heat calls are very high priority. Again we apologize and we hope that you were able to find some help with your heating system.
