      Absolutely excellent customer service! I was scheduled for repair in the same day. Robert was professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining the reason why AC unit malfunctioned and repaired it very quickly! Great cost and I will highly recommend!

      I hired Mark Sheperd years ago because he was honest and very helpful. My old AC unit Had been repaired so many times even though it was not that old. I was wasting a lot of money on endless repairs So he suggested a new unit and he did the installation. I am still with Shepard’s and Dani his wife who runs the office is wonderful.
