  I called Willingham Heating and Air with my concerns. Gentleman came out the same day to inspect my unit. He gave me a couple of options and said he would get me a quote the next day. Just as he said he got back to me and had his guys out the following morning to replace my HVAC. They were professional, nice, did great work, affordable and prompt. I will differently be calling them next time I need service.

  I set up an appointment. Never showed up. No call. No follow up. Nothing. Weird. When I called I got a weird feeling. It was unprofessional. He did not establish a time nor a follow up procedure. Sure enough, even though he said he would arrive next day at 8-9 am, he never did. Do not waste your time. Not a serious business.
