  I have been installing, servicing, and maintaining Williamson products for over 25 years. Great hot air furnace. Have seen countless Williamson "all seasons" from the 60's make 50 years plus in the New England climate. The newer furnaces are as good in my opinion. As far as hot air furnaces go I would recommend them.

  My Williamson furnace is true workhorse and 30 years old, very efficient. If Williamson Company could write about how to make furnaces and all the rest of the companies listen , the world of HVAC would a whole lot better

  Purchased a CHB - Centennial High Boy from the local dealer in 2016. Two years later in 2018, the blower has failed multiple times. First replacement part failed within a week. The second replacement part is out of stock and there is no timeline for delivery. All this in the middle of the summer heatwave. Williamson will not pull a blower from a new furnace nor will they let us know when any replacement blow will be available. This is the 3rd summer week without air conditioning. Williamson makes furnaces that fail within two years, and they don't stock parts for replacement so being able to repair them is extremely uncertain. This company does not seem to care about their products or consumers at all. This company does not seem to make furnaces that last more than 2 years and are next to impossible to repair because they don't seem to have any stock of replacement parts. Consumers should be warned to stay far away from this company so they don't end up in my situation. I would like Williamson to stock and send me the replacement part for their defective furnace so we can have air again. We have been waiting 3 weeks for one part.
